From her roots in Rio de Janeiro to her current role in shaping oral health, Dr. Laura Carvalho's journey is one of determination and passion. Her desire to aid others, deeply ingrained by her family's medical background, led her to a path of dentistry where she could fuse her fascination with human intricacies and dedication to enhancing lives.
A defining moment occurred during a visit to Brazil at 19 when a wisdom tooth extraction took an unexpected turn. The subsequent complications ignited her drive to become a dentist, an advocate for compassionate and effective dental care.

Front Desk/Office Manager
Shannan, a Bristol, Pennsylvania native now residing in Morrisville, is a dedicated healthcare professional. Her journey in dentistry began during high school at Bucks County Technical High School, where she completed her studies in Dental Assisting and Hygiene Prep, graduating in 2001. Since then, Shannan has immersed herself in the field, cherishing the camaraderie of her colleagues who feel like family. Beyond the office, she treasures moments with her two children, indulging in relaxation amid the whirlwind of parenting. Shannan finds peace in long park walks, crafting poetry, and beach trips, embracing the great outdoors.
Kristen
Dental Assistant
Kristen, a Bucks County, PA native, embarked on her dental career five years ago when she joined Dr. Rigau's team, and is so excited to continue her journey with Dr. Laura at Clear Dentistry. Graduating from Bucks County Community College's Dental Assisting program in 2018. Kristen thrives in the dynamic nature of dentistry, relishing the opportunity to assist with diverse procedures daily. Her bright days are thanks to her fantastic colleagues and our cherished patients. In her free time, Kristen treasures moments spent with her family.

Front Desk
Susan, a Buffalo, NY native, brightens our dental office as the welcoming face behind the reception desk. When not scheduling appointments with her warm smile, she's nurturing her beloved garden or creating intricate stitches with her sewing machine. Her heart, however, truly belongs to her grandkids, and she cherishes every moment spent with them, filling our workplace with her joyful spirit.
Lynne
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lynne, a dental hygienist with 31 years of experience in the field, returned to her Bucks County roots after college in upstate New York. Since 2014, she has been a valued team member at our practice in Bensalem. Lynne finds joy in her work and has built lasting relationships with her patients over the years. Outside the office, she's an avid runner and cyclist, passionate about travel, reading, and gardening
